Philanthropist Harris Rosen has, since 1993, funded scholarships for all graduating high school students going to a Florida college and who began a system of daycares for children in Tangelo Park, an Orlando neighborhood that he adopted. Friday, he stopped by a day care for 3-4 year olds run by Home Care Provider AnnMarie Timot-Butler. The children who enter the Tangelo Park daycare program at age two, counted, said the alphabet, and showed off their knowledge of colors and shapes for Mr. Rosen.
